Hunters Group for a renowed manufacturer of the Bicycle industry is looking for an experienced Sales Lead profile that will develop the globalmarket of the company.
The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of new steel tubes and components. This role is crucial in expanding our sales base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and insightful feedback on product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Set and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies to maximize sales.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bicycle industry and related sectors. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new accounts.
Product Development Feedback: Collaborate with the R&D team to provide customer feedback on existing products. Offer insights and suggestions for the development of new steel tubes and components. Participate in product testing and evaluation processes to ensure new products meet market demands.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales data.
Preferable bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in bicycle industry or other manufacturing business. Strong understanding of the bicycle industry and preferable knowledge in bike components or steel tube manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross functionally with key partners in R&D, Production and Supply Chain. Strong commercial math skills. Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP systems. Willingness to travel as required. Required English Level: B2/C1.
