Join Our Team as a Tele Sales Executive!
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for people and sales? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to help us generate leads and set up appointments that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Reach out to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products and services using provided scripts.
- Provide detailed answers to inquiries about our offerings and company.
- Ask insightful questions to understand and meet customer needs.
- Refer promising leads to our field sales team when necessary.
- Accurately enter and update customer details in our database.
- Process orders with precision and efficiency.
- Handle complaints professionally to maintain our company’s reputation.
- Exceed expectations to meet sales targets and encourage repeat business.
- Keep thorough records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.
Who You Are: - Experienced in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and phone systems.
- Quick to learn about new products and services, and able to explain them clearly to potential customers.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm and composed when facing rejection.
- Skilled in negotiation and adept at resolving issues and addressing complaints.
Salary: £23,795.20 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Location: Lancing with hybrid working flexibilities Free onsite parking. Casual office dress code.
