We are a leading company in the telematics services sector, specializing in fleet management solutions for heavy commercial vehicles. Present in the Italian national territory since 2001, we are currently structured in two locations: the legal headquarters in Turin and the operational headquarters in Rho (MI).
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director for Telematics Services to join our team. The successful candidate will drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence in Italy and Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Strategy Development: - Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze different markets and competitors. - Define and implement sales strategies for various market segments and countries. Sales Execution and Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. - Provide high levels of service and focus on relationship-building. - Guide clients in selecting the most suitable solutions and support them through implementation. Product and Service Promotion: - Distinguish and highlight the strengths of our products and services. - Work with the Communication Manager to define communication strategies and promotional tools. Sales Targets and Performance Analysis: - Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the company. - Analyze sales results throughout the year and propose corrective actions when necessary. Negotiation and Deal Closure: - Exhibit strong negotiation skills and excel in closing deals. Team Coordination and Leadership: - Coordinate internal sales team resources. - Motivate and manage the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Degree in Engineering - Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. - Proven track record of managing budgets, planning activities, and evaluating results. - Solid technical knowledge in the automotive/telematics field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market needs and support the Product Manager in developing product strategies. - High commercial acumen, working towards goals efficiently and thoroughly from prospecting to offering and follow-up. - Excellent coordination skills to manage the sales department and motivate the team. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong motivation to work both independently and in a team and with tight deadlines. - Keen interest in continuous personal and professional growth within the company. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting, and Word for preparing offers.
Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with peaks up to 75% in Italy e Europe - Excellent command of English.
