Global automotive leader in the Commercial & Specialty Vehicles, Powertrain, and related Financial Services area.
You'll be part of a team of three people, with direct reporting to the HR Plant Manager.
- Interpretation, application, administration, and development of law regulation connected to the CCNL and Industrial Relations.
- Maintaining relationships with the Trade Unions of the plant
- In cooperation with the unit managers and supervisors, ensuring CCNL correct application
- Supervising Blue Collar related absenteeism
- In cooperation with Industrial Relations, cooperating in defining the Labor Relations guidelines at Product Line/Plant level
- Interviewing and recruiting blue collars/agency
- Support the administration topic like employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, leave administration and general HR policy with a direct contact with hourly
- +5 years of experience in HR, in an Industrial Relations role and or/productive plant
- University degree in Law preferred
- Master in HR/Economics will be considered as a plus
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office
